Rennes predicted XI v Nice: Martin Terrier set for first start since ACL injury

Martin Terrier is set to start for Stade Rennais for the first time since suffering an ACL injury in January. His return to the starting lineup could come against OGC Nice at the Allianz Riviera, the stadium where he suffered the injury earlier this year.

Despite returning in early October, Terrier has thus far been limited to just a handful of minutes from the bench. However, he now looks set for his first start. Arnaud Kalimuendo could be the player to make way. Amine Gouiri could be favoured through the middle, whilst Benjamin Bourigeaud will likely accompany the duo in the attack. Ibrahim Salah will miss the game entirely after being sanctioned by the club after skipping a post-match training session last weekend.

Rennes likely lineup v Nice

Steve Mandanda; Adrien Truffert, Jeanuël Belocian, Warmed Omari, Lorenz Assignon; Fabien Rieder, Nemanja Matic, Enzo Le Fée; Martin Terrier, Amine Gouiri, Benjamin Bourigeaud. (L’Éq)
