Iliman Ndiaye wants to remain at Marseille, despite Everton interest

According to Foot MercatoIliman Ndiaye (23) wants to remain at Olympique de Marseille, despite interest from the Premier League. 

Ndiaye, who featured for Marseille’s youth sides as a child, rejoined his boyhood club in the summer, leaving Sheffield United after earning them promotion back to the Premier League. Ndiaye has struggled for form since his return to France, netting just once in 23 appearances in all competitions. 

However, the Senegalese international, who will depart for the upcoming AFCON in January, is keen to impose himself at OM, that despite links with a return to England. Foot Mercato reveals that Everton are keen on Ndiaye, and were prior to the forward’s switch to Ligue 1. The Toffees are joined by another – unnamed – Premier League side in showing an interest in making a January move for Ndiaye. But the former Sheffield United man is unlikely to be receptive to their advances.
