PSG reach verbal agreement to sign Lucas Beraldo from São Paulo

According to Fabrizio Romano, PSG are set to complete the signing of Lucas Beraldo (20) from São Paulo. A verbal agreement has been reached between the two clubs for the signing of the Brazilian centre back. The fee for the 20-year-old is expected to be a straight up front payment of €20m with no bonuses included in the deal.

Beraldo has already agreed personal terms with Les Parisiens. The young Brazilian centre back is now waiting on a green light for a medical before completing his much anticipated move to the Parc des Princes. São Paulo and PSG officials are now preparing the documents to complete the deal as soon as possible, Romano reports.

Lucas Beraldo doesn’t appear to be the only young Brazilian to be arriving in the French capital this transfer window. The Ligue 1 champions are also set to complete a deal to sign Corinthians midfielder Gabriel Moscardo (19) in the winter window too. It remains to be seen whether Moscardo will stay in Paris or leave the club on loan.
