According to Spanish paper AS, Atletico Madrid have upped their offer from €7m to €9m for Toulouse’s defensive midfielder who is currently holding out of talks with Cardiff in anticipation for a move the the Spanish capital.
This offer is still €3m short of the one that Olivier Sedran, the Toulouse President accepted from Premier League new boys Cardiff City nearly 2 weeks ago now.
