Ligue 2 side Guingamp have announced the departure of Brazilian centre-back Philipe Sampaio for Botafogo.
The defender leaves the Brittany side two years after arriving from Portuguese outfit Tondela, having made 44 appearances and scored two goals.
Formerly of Santos, Akhmat Grozny, and Feirense, the 27-year-old returns to his home country on a permanent deal.
