Foot Mercato and Métro Sports report that 24-year-old Grenoble central midfielder Arsène Elogo has reached a pre-contract agreement with Ligue 2 rivals Valenciennes, with his current deal expiring in June with GF38.
The Cameroonian has spent five seasons with Grenoble, having begun his journey with the club in the French 4th division.
