L’Équipe report that Nîmes have submitted a €3m proposal to Argentinian 1st division side Club Atlético Talleres for 24-year-old midfielder Andrés Cubas.
Sporting Director Reda Hammache has made this deal a priority matter as he seeks to beat of interest from fellow Ligue 1 club Montpellier to land the signature of the Paraguayan defensive midfielder.
Boca Juniors and River Plate are also interested in acquiring his services.
