Richard Arnold, who has held the CEO post for the past 16 years, is on the way out. Blanc, formerly of Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus before joining INEOS last season, will take his place. Director of Football John Murtough and Director of Footballing Operations David Harrison are also at risk of leaving the Red Devils.
