Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur have submitted an offer for Ligue 2 side Stade Levallois attacker Calvin Tshilumba, according to L’Équipe.
The 17 year old forward made his professional debut on Friday night in the Coupe de France against Avranches.
The player has multiple other clubs interested in him, but the names have yet to filter through.
